It is particularly useful for marketing or customer services departments. These teams need to analyze those customers’ relationships with them to improve them, focusing on customer retention and sales growth.

In this course, we will talk about CRM in two ways.

  • The first is CRM as a strategy, which describes the principles behind customer relationship management, including goals and steps you’ll take to maximize the value of your customer relationships.

  • The second way is CRM as software, which refers to the technology you use to deliver your CRM strategy.
