You'll also help support creative marketing initiatives for Guardus, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple brands, campaigns, industries, and community events. No two weeks are the same. One week you might be creating behind-the-scenes content at an event. The next, you may be producing videos for a growing business, brainstorming a new campaign, or experimenting with AI to build smarter marketing systems. You'll work directly with experienced entrepreneurs while learning how to build brands, create engaging digital media, leverage AI, and develop marketing systems that can scale. Our Mission During this apprenticeship, you'll help us create an AI-powered marketing playbook that allows Pro-Rep and Guardus to produce world-class marketing more efficiently, more creatively, and more consistently. You'll help test new ideas, build repeatable systems, document workflows, and challenge the way marketing has always been done. What You'll Do Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms Capture photos and videos Edit short-form videos Design graphics and visual content Help manage social media platforms Write captions and marketing copy Research trends, technology, and emerging AI tools Assist with branding and creative campaigns Help cover community events and client promotions Experiment with AI tools for writing, design, editing, and automation Build repeatable marketing systems and playbooks Help automate repetitive marketing tasks Continuously ask, "How can we make this better?" Who We're Looking For You don't need a marketing degree. You don't need certifications. Professional experience is helpful—but it's not required. We're looking for someone who naturally creates. Maybe you've built your own social media following. Maybe you're always editing videos for friends. Maybe you've helped a local business with Instagram. Maybe you've experimented with AI simply because you were curious. Maybe you've never been paid to do any of it. That's okay. We care much more about creativity, initiative, curiosity, and potential than job titles or certifications.
