Let's imagine a system that makes it possible to get all information about a Windows PC , i mean have the total control of it ,making it possible to open the pc's camera ,download that pc files or upload to it ,to have a visualisation of the victim desktop, getting all its information like the RAM or the system installed , we would probably think of a virus but since many companies created anti virus software , hackers as genuine they get everytime a virus they create is identified as malicious they come with ways to bypass that detection using tools and methods like obfuscation adding junk code to the virus structure, a Japanese PhD student earned his degree by presenting a thesis about this creating an automated software that makes viruses fully undetected by anti virus , so the white hat hackers always work to close the door for the black hat ones by making a public tool called <<VIRUS TOTAL>> where anyone can scan for a suspicious file in order to check whether it is harmful or not even when it is a real virus but undetected uploading it to that website is a good thing since white hat hackers will reverse engineer that virus by decoding it which means getting its source code then look for hacking patterns in that executable so my dear reader i recommend you to always scan files you think are suspicious to virus-total it will help the world become a better place by minimizing number of pc attacks .
