Echec du démarrage d'Ubuntu 17.04 sur un HP

En dual-boot avec Windows 10

    Bonsoir,

    Avant-hier, j'ai installé Ubuntu 17.04 sur mon PC portable, un HP Pavilion Notebook, en dual-boot avec Windows 10, pré-installé sur celui-ci. Le démarrage s'effectue en UEFI.

    Ubuntu fonctionnait le plus normalement du monde, jusqu'à ce que je redémarre l'ordinateur sous Windows 10 : depuis, lorsque j'essaye de le démarrer sous Ubuntu depuis le menu GRUB (qui s'affiche normalement), le démarrage échoue, et s'affiche l'écran représenté sur la photographie ci-dessous, avec une invite de commandes BusyBox (non représentée sur la photographie) :

    Il suffit manifestement de démarrer une fois le PC sous Windows 10 pour que cela se produise, puisque je me trouve confronté à ce problème pour la deuxième fois (j'ai effectué deux fois l'installation d'Ubuntu).

    Mon PC est équipé de deux disques durs : un SSD de 128 Go, et un HD de 1 To. J'ai naturellement choisi d'installer le nouveau système sur le SSD, sur lequel j'ai installé le chargeur d'amorçage GRUB, et que j'ai partitionné comme suit (comme vous pourrez le constater, c'est un peu le bazar) :
     
    Est-ce que cela pourrait provenir du bootloader de Windows, qui corromprait les partitions relatives à Ubuntu (simple hypothèse) ? Le partitionnement du disque dur serait-il inapproprié ?

    Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà connu un problème similaire ? Auriez-vous des idées pour le résoudre ?

      Bonjour,

      Effectivement, on dirait que windows est venu foutre ca merde, et à défoncer le truc.

      As-tu essayer de booter sur un live CD et de reconstruire le grub ?

      Peut tu faire un screen de la config du grub actuelle, tu sais les lignes quand tu fais "e" au niveau du grub ? S'agit-il de grub-legacy ou grub2 ?

        Excuse-moi d'avoir autant tardé pour répondre à ton message, et merci, de ton côté, pour ta réponse.

        J'ai utilisé le réparateur de démarrage depuis un Live USB d'Ubuntu 17.04 : à l'issue du processus, j'ai à nouveau pu démarrer Ubuntu 17.04 le plus normalement du monde.

        Ensuite, j'ai redémarré le PC sous Windows 10, puis tenté de le réamorcer sous Ubuntu : ainsi se sont reproduits les ennuis : cette fois, je n'ai pas vu apparaître de message d'erreur particulier, mais simplement l'invite de commandes BusyBox.

        Voici ce qu'a affiché un grub e sur la ligne Ubuntu :

            Plop,

            y a écrit en haut que le boot loader est pas existant ce qui fait que dans ton MasterBootRecord (Secteur de démarrage) ça trouve rien  .Donc -si je ne m'abuse pas- ça signifie en gros que ta partition Linux est kaput.

              Salut,

              J'ai survolé plusieurs article qui parlaient des problème de cohabitation Windows/Ubuntu

              Le plus pertinent pour toi serait celui qui traite des pc en UEFI, si tu un OS installé en UEFI sur ta machine alors il faut installé Ubuntu en UEFI

                En premier lieu, je vous remercie pour vos réponses.

                @grindewald1995, j'avais émis la même hypothèse que toi, mais j'en doute, puisqu'à chaque fois que j'utilise l'utilitaireboot-repair depuis une session Live USB (je viens à nouveau de tenter l'expérience avec succès), je parviens à nouveau à démarrer Ubuntu le plus normalement du monde, en retrouvant intactes les données présentes sur la partition dédiée à Linux.

                @psyckyo, je m'étais aidé du premier article que tu proposes dans ton message, à propos de l'UEFI, pour installer Ubuntu ; et d'après le test que je viens d'effectuer (cf. section 2.4 de l'article en question), le système est bien installé en mode EFI. Par ailleurs, si tu analyses la deuxième figure de mon premier message du sujet, exhibant le partitionnement du disque sur lequel est installé Ubuntu, tu peux constater l'existence de /dev/sdb1, qui est une partition EFI.

                Après, j'ai remarqué qu'un espace libre de l'ordre de 1MB précédait cette première partition du disque : est-ce que cela serait susceptible de compromettre un fonctionnement correct du programme de démarrage ?

                Et le problème se produit visiblement à chaque fois que je redémarre, ne serait-ce qu'une fois, le PC sous Windows 10, puis que j'essaye de l'amorcer sous Ubuntu : est-ce que Windows corromprait le MBR quand il démarre, ou quelque chose dans le genre ?

                Auriez-vous d'autres pistes ?

                    Deux fois, un ls a été effectué à la racine du disque dur de données, listant ainsi les fichiers et répertoires qui y sont présents, auquel cas j'ai remplacé le contenu par la mention ci-dessous :

                    --!! LÀ, ON VOIT UNE LISTE DE FICHIERS ET RÉPERTOIRES PRÉSENTS À LA RACINE DU DISQUE DUR DE DONNÉES, QUE JE NE SOUHAITE PAS FAIRE APPARAIRE EN PUBLIC !!--

                    EDIT : @grindewald1995, en analysant très brièvement ce rapport, je vois qu'il est question de réparer le système de fichier : cela confirme donc, effectivement, qu'il y a un problème avec la partition Linux. ;)

                      Salut ,

                      Tu pourrait checker les flags de ta partition Linux avec la session Live USB.

                      Je crois que sous Linux y'a des flags comme boot,swap,etc....

                        Alors là, je ne comprends plus rien : après maints redémarrages depuis Ubuntu vers Windows, et inversement, avec des cas de test variés, y compris en éteignant l'ordinateur, Ubuntu fonctionne toujours normalement.

                        Il se passe des choses bizarres, en informatique ! ^^

                        Serait-ce un bogue par la suite corrigé ?

                        En ce qui concerne les drapeaux, je n'en ai pas trouvé sur la partition Linux, en utilisant GParted, que ce soit depuis ma session normale, ou depuis une session Live USB.

                        En tout cas, cela demeure, pour moi, un mystère non éclairci.

                        Merci à tous ceux qui m'ont apporté leur aide, et rendez-vous donc au prochain plantage. ^^

                            Ben, le problème semble résolu, mais je ne sais pas comment. ^^

                            Non, je n'avais pas effectué de mise à jour, mais peut-être, par exemple, que le 2ème boot-repair a été le bon, et a réparé correctement le chargeur d'amorçage, va savoir...

                            Bon, tant que cela fonctionne, c'est l'essentiel... jusqu'à ce que le problème se reproduise ! :p

                                En fait, si je ne l'ai pas mis en [Résolu], c'est parce que je ne suis pas sûr qu'il le soit justement (je ne sais pas comment cela s'est résolu) ; mais je veux bien lui attribuer ce statut, jusqu'à nouvel ordre. ;)
