Hi, I am looking to continue my education and wanted to earn a recognized credential.  Obviously, there are many free training sites but what attracted me here is the ability to earn a credential (Bac + 3) recognized by the French government.

Do you have to be a French citizen to get this credential or will it be recognized for foreigners as well if I were to complete the course work?

I'm not quite sure about what I'm saying, but if you're from European Union and studying in a University, you should get credentials that are valid in the whole EU.
