I just want to know is there any official version of garageband app for windows pc. I came through several ways on internet bu none of them worked for me. Is there any way to do it ?

There isn't any official GarageBand app for windows.

You have others soft which can do the same, like LMMS (free) or FL Studio.

You may run Mac OS on your windows computer with VirtualBox and then get Garage Band on it, but I don't know if it's possible to get a legal licence of Mac OS without having a mac.

Yeah even I also cam across this solution on a lot of other blogs. But the same thought struck my mind it would it be legal to do this

It's legal to get a licence of Mac OS without a mac, it isn't to install Mac Os on a virtual machine.

Hello,

Apple it’s like a "golden cage", you can't use Apple soft outside the Apple world.
You need to use another soft to stand on legality.
By the way, I advise you to use a free (as freedom) software to not jump from a cage to another one, but do what you want.
