Kali has some tools but it does not teach you how to use it and how to hack... Security is not for beginner if you don't wanna be a script kiddie.

@Atlas : In hacking we really don't give a shit to any langage. You need to know how things works (protocol, process etc...) not how to write programm.

If you really want to learn something, take a look at OWASP. But remember, if you don't know what you are doing, just don't do it, hacking is not a game, it's a job.
