You will work on several projects to understand the way we work together at OpenClassrooms. Another OpenClassrooms team member will be your mentor to help you validate this path. You will meet together once a week to validate your progress and get help if you need it.

OpenClassrooms frees up a half-day each week (to be discussed with your manager) for all newcomers, so they can progress on this onboarding path. Make sure to set your "onboarding path day" from the beginning!

By completing the projects, you'll acquire new skills. You'll notice that each skill is purposefully related to one of our 4 core principles:
