Compatibilité avec IE

Voulant faire un site comptatible avec IE, j'ai lu une dizaine de topic et le très bon tuto sur la compatibilité IE/FF. Malgré cela, j'ai essayé en vain de refaire un design puis de modifier l'actuel.
Je voudrais que le menu de droite soit mieu positionné (voir mon site).
Comment faire ?

IE est un cas désespéré.

Internet exploreur est tabou,
on en viendra tousse à bou!!

j'ai moi ossi le même problème avec mon site, j'ai bi1 peur maleuresemen que l'on ne puisse rien faire de bo qui soi compatibla avec ie sans utilisé du flash.

J'espaire que quelqu'un d'otre ora une reponce plu optimiste a te proposé pasque je ne t'ai pas vraimen aidé
