TP link indecté

    11 août 2016 à 16:27:19

    Bonjour,

    Je viens d'installer ubuntu, et je fais déjà face au problème de wifi, j'ai vu que si le problème persistait il faudrait que j'installe ndiswrapper.
    Sauf qu'il est dit dans la doc ubuntu que ma Tp link wn823N devrait être reconnu.

    Problème étant lorsque je fais -lsusb, c'est affiché : lo no wireless extensions et eth0 no wireless extensions.
    Aucun signe de wlan et lorsque je fais -iwconfig, ma Tp link n'y est pas non plus.

    Voyez vous quoi faire ?

    Cordialement

            OK, on voit sur la ligne "Bus 003 Device 004: ID 2357:0109" que le noyau ne mets aucun nom derrière. Il s'agit des identifiants USB de ta clé mais visiblement le noyau ne la reconnait pas du tout. Tu dis que selon la doc Ubuntu cette clé devrait être reconnu, mais il doit s'agir de la V1, or toi tu dois surement avoir la V2, et je pense que le noyau ne la connait pas du tout car elle a du sortir il n'y a pas très longtemps.

            Mais visiblement il y a des pilotes Linux sur le site de TP-Link (http://www.tp-link.fr/download/TL-WN823N_V2.html#Pilotes). Il y a un PDF qui montre comment l'installer/compiler. Il faudrait que tu fasses ça. Toutefois je ne sais pas si ça va marcher sur Ubuntu 16.04, dans la doc il ne parle que la 14.04.

               J'ai aussi essayé :

                Je pense que le message d'erreur vient du fait qu'il y a des parenthèses dans le nom du dossier zip téléchargé. Renomme le dossier "TL-WN823N(EU)_V2_160315_Linux" en "TL-WN823N" par exemple.

                Pour le problème de apt-get update, c'est parfaitement normal si tu n'as pas de connexions Internet fonctionnelle sur ton PC.

                Une fois que tu as mis une connexion Internet au PC (via Ethernet sûrement), tu fais ces commandes :

                $ sudo apt-get update
                $ sudo apt-get install make gcc build-essential

                Et ensuite essaye de compiler le pilote.

                  Je test demain, car moi je suis en haut dans ma chambre et l'ethernet est en bas. Je te retiens au courant demain, et merci pour l'aide !

                    Bon bah petit problème, lorsque je branche en ethernet , mon réseau cherche à se connecter mais n'y arrive pas au bout de 2 minutes : Vous avez été déconnecté

                    Suite à ce problème, j'ai régler manuellement l'onglet IPv4 .

                    Désormais la connexion est établie mais ethernet est déconnecté 5 secondes plus tard et firefox ne fonctionne toujours pas

                    Pouvez vous m'aider?

                      Ah c'est ennuyeux ça... C'est un chipset Realtek pourtant, donc c'est plutôt bien supporté en général.

                      Est-ce que tu peux mettre le retour de la commande "sudo dmesg" un peu après avoir mis ton câble réseau.

                          À mon avis c’est plus un problème de câble réseau. Essaye avec un autre câble.

                            Pourtant le câble fonctionne sous windows ..
                            Et je n'ai pas d'autre câble à disposition :/

                              OK, ça serait malgré tout un très bon test d'essayer avec un autre câble réseau, si tu peux te débrouiller pour en trouver un autre (chez un ami par exemple).

                              Mais en attendant on peut essayer de changer les paramètres réseaux pour dire à Linux de ne pas mettre la carte réseau en Gigabit ou Fast Ethernet.

                              Tu peux faire cette commande dans un premier temps (forcer le mode Fast Ethernet) :
                              $ sudo ethtool --change enp3s0 advertise 0x008

                              Puis débranches ton câble réseau, attends 2 secondes, et rebranches-le. Et regarde si la connexion fonctionne bien.

                              Si non, refait la même chose mais avec cette commande cette fois (forcer le mode Ethernet 10 Mbps) :
                              $ sudo ethtool --change enp3s0 advertise 0x002

                              Pour revenir à la situation normale (Gigabit Ethernet), tu remets cette commande (ou bien tu reboot...) :

                              $ sudo ethtool --change enp3s0 advertise 0x020

                              -

                                Alors avec cette commande, la led où je branche mon câble passe de la couleur orange à verte, mais la connexions est établie, je ne suis plus déconnecté mais je n'arrive toujours pas à charger de page firefox

                                sudo ethtool --change enp3s0 advertise 0x008

                                Les autres commandes font passé la LED en couleur orange, et cela me fait une connexion établie et deux secondes après, déconnecté.
                                Pour le moment je n'ai pas d'autres câbles, j'essaierai de voir avec un ami.
                                Et pour précision, la LED est de couleur orangée sur windows.

                                  Tu ne voulais pas plutôt dire "passe de la couleur verte à orange" plutôt ?

                                    Non , en temps normal, la LED est orange, lorsque j'ai effectué la première commande conseillée, la connexion est  établie, je ne suis plus déconnecté, et LED passe au vert

                                      OK. Tu es connecté à quoi sur ce câble ? Ta box ? Un switch ?

                                      Quand la diode passe au vert, est-ce que tu peux mettre le résultat de ces commandes :

                                      $ sudo dmesg |tail ; ip addr show

                                        Et ethernet ne fonctionne pas que cela soit avec mon câble ou celui d'un ami, donc je ne pense pas que le problème vienne de là

                                          Est-ce que tu peux donner le résultat de ces commandes stp :

                                          $ nmcli connection show enp3s0
                                          $ cat /etc/network/interfaces

                                            Pour la première commande j'obtiens :

                                            Erreur : enp3s0 - profil de connexion introuvable.

                                            et pour la seconde j'obtiens :

                                            interfaces(5) file used by ifup(8) and ifdown(8)
                                            auto lo
                                            iface lo inet loopback

                                            Merci de m'aider mais j'envisage sérieusement à aller sur ubuntu 14.04.5, peut être que cela réglerai le problème.

                                              C'est bizarre qu'il ne trouve pas l'interface enp3s0 ...

                                              Que donne cette commande à ce moment ?

                                              $ ip addr show ; nmcli connection show

                                              Sinon oui tu peux toujours tester Ubuntu 14.04 via LiveUSB pour voir si il y a le même problème.

                                                Alors je ne pourrais pas te donner cette commande car j'ai uninstall Ubuntu 16.04 au profit de Ubuntu 14.04 car celui en mode essai, avait le câble ethernet détecté.
                                                Nouveau problème ... Lors du boot, j'ai le droit au Boot :

                                                GNU GRUB version 2.02beta2-9ubuntu1

                                                Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file completions

                                                Donc impossible de choisir ubuntu ou windows, ( actuellement je suis sur windows en ayant fait F11 au démarrage pour booter sur al partition de windows )

                                                Encore merci de m'aider

                                                  Faudrait refaire l'installation d'Ubuntu car tu n'as pas du mettre une bonne option lors de l'installation par rapport au gestionnaire de démarrage.

                                                    Dacc, le problème est que c'est le bordel dans mes partitions, j'en avais vraiment pas autant lorsque j'ai installer ubuntu en dual boot ( manuellement )
                                                    De mémoire j'ai les partitions vont jusqu'à sda5 et sdb 3. Le mieux est-il de tout désinstaller ou tout réinstaller ou je peux m'en sortir sans toucher une partitions de windows ?
