Learn about Lean Startup
Lean Startup is an innovative approach to maximizing learning, and works by validating hypotheses in the shortest possible time horizon. Creating new products or changing an existing business model, often in conditions of high uncertainty, requires an approach that lets you turn your assumptions into data that can validate (or refute) those assumptions. Lean Startup provides a structure for this approach.
In this course, you will learn how to state your assumptions as hypotheses, design experiments to validate those hypothesis, and apply the build-measure-learn steps of the Lean Cycle to generate data that you can analyze.
We will explore cohort analysis, A/B testing, feature audits, and 'pirate' metrics as we apply our Lean Startup methodology. We will also investigate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and we'll study three types of MVPs in this course
