End of Course summary

In this part, you got to really make use of the Git plug-in!  Here's a recap of what we've covered:

• We identified an open source project, how it's displayed on Github, and how to look at reported issues that need fixing.

• We cloned a repository with issues onto Eclipse.  

• We fixed issues in the code using the Eclipse debugger.

• We created a new branch and pushed our changes back on Github.

Throughout the course, you've seen why an IDE like Eclipse is so useful, why you need to install a JVM, how to use certain key features, and finally, how to mobilize what you've learned to contribute to an open source project. Above all, you've gotten a little more hands-on practice working with Eclipse, which will be an asset as you move forward with Java development.
