Product managers need to share the strategy of how they intend to make a product vision come true. Sharing this strategy effectively enables other departments in the organization to be effective themselves. Salespeople know what they can sell, marketers know what they can market, support people know which parts of the product will require assistance, and finance can project what revenue will result.
