Code is great! Collaborating is great! But what happens when you find yourself working on a project with a bunch of people from a bunch of different teams, and you start getting disorganized and unproductive?

In this course, we'll have a look at what a project brief is all about and practice writing one. Then we'll identify the differences between Waterfall and Agile workflows. We'll also have a closer look a specific agile framework, called Scrum. Lastly, we'll touch on some tools you can use to facilitate applying the agile principles to your own workflow.

These skills will help you get on the same page with your collaborators and move more quickly in your software development. A well-managed project is a happy project.
