My name is Mike. I'm a Data and Digital Consultant, and I've worked with Excel for a wide range of companies for over 25 years. I've always enjoyed using this software as it makes my life easier and it's so versatile. I couldn’t do my job without it.
In this course, you're going to step into the shoes of an employee at Zarigual, an international clothing company. Your brief will be to create a sales dashboard to meet the requirements of your Sales Director.
Part one will show you how to correctly prepare your data, so that Excel can use it effectively.
In part two, you'll find out how to let your data do the talking, using Excel's extremely powerful built-in formulas and tools.
In the third and final part, you'll learn the best ways to resolve complex problems and automate your tasks, using incredibly powerful VBA macros.
At this stage, this might all sound very complicated but don't worry: I will provide support throughout the process. At the end of each chapter, you'll complete a practical exercise to test out your skills. I'll also provide the answer sheets for these exercises in both Excel and video format.
Finally, don't forget to do the quizzes at the end of each part to test your knowledge. If you follow the course step-by-step, you'll see that they're actually quite straightforward.
