At the end of this BOOST program, you will be able to:

  • Set up the team roster

  • Anticipate and minimize risks for the team

  • Initiate the use of common document templates

  • Lead productive meetings

  • Streamline the division of tasks among team members

  • Report on the progress of a project and individual contributions

  • Monitor advances in production and adherence to a production schedule

  • Monitor budget expenditure closely throughout a project

  • Take stock of lessons learned in a project

Prerequisites

To enroll in this program, you need to meet the following conditions:

  • Language Level: for non-native speakers, a professional level of written and spoken English is required. This is equivalent to a CEFR level of B2, an IELTS band score of 6.5, or a TOEFL score of 80.
  • Equipment: access to a computer (PC or Mac), a webcam, and an internet connection.
  • Education Level: a high school diploma / GCSE level.

Recommended Skills

To ensure success in your BOOST program, we recommend having already mastered the following skills:

  • Analyze the needs of a client or end users.

  • Benchmark competitors.

  • Map the impacts of a project on different stakeholders.

  • Define the scope of a project.

  • Choose the appropriate project methodology.

  • Define the functional scope of the project.

  • Define KPIs.

  • Lead a project with the appropriate management tools.

  • Identify the human and technical resources and the budget required for a digital project.

  • Analyze the feasibility of a project by taking the constraints and risks into account.
