What Does a Scrum Master Do ?
As a Scrum Master, you form part of an agile project team along with a Product Owner and a team of Developers.
You don't lead the team, but you guide them toward the continuous improvement of their professional practice in the Scrum framework of project management. By helping identify problems and their solutions, you remove any obstacles they may encounter.
In terms of soft skills, you communicate transparently and are service-oriented. You quickly analyze the team's needs and assess their impact on daily project management. You keep the team motivated and focused on delivering strategic goals.
To do this, you rely on the Scrum Guide, which defines the Scrum framework as a whole and outlines this project management philosophy. You will lead several Scrum events to promote a lively channel of communication.
