Digital Project Manager: Help multidisciplinary teams deliver quality work within budget throughout digital project life cycles.

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the launch of a range of digital projects such as corporate websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, software projects, and many more! They are in charge of ensuring the project runs smoothly. This means making sure it’s completed on time, within the planned budget, and that the quality of the delivered project is guaranteed. They need to keep both your team members and clients happy along the way!

Their stakeholders (mainly developers, designers, online marketing specialists) will count on them to choose the project management style that best meets the challenges they’re facing. It could be an agile or more traditional workflow.

The digital project manager also regularly meets and reports back to the client on behalf of the team. This will either be an in-house client, such as another team, or an external client if they’re working in an agency.

  1. Establishing the customer need: analyzing the feasibility of a project, identifying necessary resources, presenting the project outcomes.
  2. Leading digital projects from A to Z: carrying out audits, setting up a test protocol, managing  sprints, modeling data, and launching the product to market.
  3. Ensuring compliance with the planning, quality requirements and budget of a project: prioritizing, prototyping, continuous improvement, and  reporting.
  4. Federating stakeholders: managing internal and external conflicts and issues, leading meetings.
  5. Developing a web marketing strategy: implementing a content and SEO strategy and managing web campaigns.
