i'm trying to add a layout programmatically but i don't know how , i tried all the examples i found in the internet but none of them worked for me .

here is an example for what i'm trying to add , there's a Relative Layout inside of it i have a scroll view , then i have a Linear Layout which contains the two distinct Relative Layout showed in the picture .
