Hello,

You just have to set up a back office where you will can approve each submission one by one.

An interesting thing to do is to add a status for your submission. For example, satus 1: Waiting, status2: Accepted and status3: Rejected.

In terms of these 3 status, you can change the behaviour.

Status 1: You display the submission in the back office.

Status 2: You send an email to the user and you remove the submission in the back office but not in the database.

Status 3: You send an email to the user with a justifiation text and you remove the submission in the back office but not in the database.

A thing I like to do is to display the accepted and rejected links  when the status is Waiting and just display the accepting link whn the status is rejected or the rejected link when the status is accepted.
