This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.
Une méthode est de setter les variables d'environnement TCL_LIBRARY et TK_LIBRARY au path contenant le fichier init.tcl.
Sous csh : setenv TCL_LIBRARY lepath
Sous bash : export TCL_LIBRARY lepath (il me semble)
C'est pas super mais ça a l'avantage de marcher...
Pour info sur mon ubuntu le fichier se trouve bien dans /usr/lib/tcl8.4
Comment as tu installé tclsh/wish? As tu bien tcl8.4 ?
