You are in a team meeting, a club, a study group, a volunteer crew. Two people do most of the talking. A quieter member has the idea that would actually solve the problem, but the moment never opens up for them, and the meeting ends without it. Nobody meant to shut anyone out. It just happened, the way it happens in most groups.

That gap between the ideas a team has and the ideas it actually hears is a trust problem, and it costs teams their best thinking every day. The good news: you do not need a title, seniority, or a leadership role to close it. Trust is built in ordinary, everyday communication, and any member can start building it.

This course is a beginner-friendly, plain-language guide to doing exactly that. In the first half you will understand what trust and psychological safety really are, and how to read them in a team you belong to. In the second half you will practise the everyday communication moves that build them: listening so people feel heard, making room for quieter voices, and describing problems without blaming anyone. Every idea is defined from scratch and shown through real, everyday teams, so no prior experience is needed. It is designed for anyone who is part of a group and wants that group to work better.

Sign up now and start turning the ideas your team is missing into the ideas it hears.
