Welcome! By the end of this course you will be able to build a persuasive professional case, structure it so the main point lands first, adapt its register and tone, choose the right format, and explain why each technique works.
This course was created by the OpenClassrooms Team with the help of artificial intelligence.
The course is a single part made up of five teaching chapters and a final quiz:
Chapter 2, Build a Persuasive Case ;
Chapter 3, Structure for the Reader ;
Chapter 4, Adapt Register and Tone ;
Chapter 5, Format Fit ;
Chapter 6, Persuasion Lab (capstone).
Each teaching chapter ends with a “Your Turn!” practice activity and a “Let’s Recap!” summary. A single quiz at the end checks what you have learned across all chapters.
The examples come from everyday organizations, a community center, a volunteer group, a small office, so the skill transfers to any workplace.
With the map in hand, let’s start where persuasion begins: turning an opinion into an argument.
