It's your turn!

Your friend has roped you into helping them create a bunch of handmade greeting cards.  They've asked you to make 10 copies of the following card:

Already there are a lot of different materials you'll need to make the card: card stock paper for the actual card, then colored paper...the list keeps growing. And it's not like this will get done in five quick steps. 😞 If only you had a function to make the card for you. Wait a minute; you might not be able to program it, yet, but you can certainly plan it out! 😀 You decide to follow the 4 step planning method, and draw up table like this:

Check that the following elements are present:

  • Step 1: 

    • The function has a goal, which is formulated in one or more sentences. 

    • The function has a name, which is linked to the purpose. 

  • Step 2:

    • The end result is formulated in one or more sentences. 

    • The end result is linked to the creation of a handmade card. 

  • Step 3:

    • The necessary materials for making the card are listed.

    • There are at least five materials indicated. 

  • Step 4:

    • There is a list of steps to make the card.

    • There are at least five steps listed.
