Find Out How the Course Works
Before we get into the nitty-gritty of the course, I’d like to tell you about the structure of the course and give you some tips on how to get the most out of it:
The course is divided into three parts and each part into several chapters.
The first part will allow you to fully understand how change affects a company and what kinds of organizational change exist.
In the second part, you’ll explore four common change management frameworks and even test one of them yourself.
Finally, the third part will let you zoom out on the change management process to customize it to your needs. You’ll accompany a middle manager at RoadTrip Automotive to help them lead their team through a successful change.
Some chapters begin with an introductory video in which you’ll find an overview of what we’re going to learn and explanations of the key notions to make sure they’re clear. I advise you to watch the videos before moving on to the text. Under each video, you will find some text, which will help you broaden your understanding of these key notions.
Finally, each part will conclude with a quiz where you can check your knowledge and work out which points you need to come back to.
Ready? Let's get started!
