Course introduction

Have you heard of the term growth hacking? You'll often hear this to describe companies that experience rapid growth by deploying unique, sometimes out-of-the-box marketing tactics. Born in the startup tech world, growth hacking is now used across all industries.

In the first part of this course, you'll work on an action plan that will set up your business for rapid growth.

In the second part of the course, you'll discover how the AARRR framework can help you identify areas of growth. This framework helps you understand your customers, their journey, and provide insights on how to optimize your marketing during your customer's lifecycle.

In the third part of the course, you'll get prepared to keep growing over time. You'll learn about brainstorming techniques that can help you keep generating hacks and then prioritize them, and which KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to keep an eye on.

This course will help you see how successful companies do things differently to reach rapid growth. If success is about going beyond your competitors, this course will show how to break away from the typical marketing tactics and do something more daring and more rewarding.
