To access Cisco Packet Tracer, you need to create an account on the Cisco Skills For All platform. This sign-up step will allow you to download and use this network simulation tool developed by Cisco Systems.

Once your account has been created, sign in and click on “Explore.”

Then select Cisco Packet Tracer at the very bottom of the list:

Next, choose the course “Getting Started with Cisco Packet Tracer.”

Enroll in the course, then choose “Get Started With Self-Paced

Once you’re inside the course, go to Module 1: Download and Use Cisco Packet Tracer.
